You might have questions about counselling, or the way we work, and we can begin discussing these by email, phone or text.

The next step is to arrange an initial assessment consultation with Shirley to discuss what you are looking for from counselling and comes with absolutely no obligation to begin counselling with me Shirley or one of my team.

I will also answer any questions that you may have.

FEES


Once off 1 and a half hours Relationship Counselling : £150.00

Individuals Counselling & Psychotherapy : £70.00 per session

Marriage Counselling  :  £80.00

Relationship Counselling: £80.00

Divorce Counselling  :  £80.00

All sessions are 50 minutes long and are usually weekly.

Supervision

1 and half hour sessions £70

Student supervision £50 per hour usually fortnightly

Open ended therapy which means you choose the amount of sessions you have.
